p1 skirt opinions

was offering up my skirts on my car the other day, and thought they looked good, then realised that I was offering them up the wrong way round though I thought they looked better that way.

anyone got any photos of an N15 with P1 skirts the wrong way round?
 
almeraintoon has his on the wrong way, IMO it doesnt look right as the lines dont correspond with the door length.
 
mine's a 5 door tho. the lines with the doors aren't gonna work whatever :D. I'll take a look at ait's car if I can find it.
 
yeah can kinda see what you mean on a 3door. once I've sprayed mine black I'll offer them up for some pictures both ways and we'll see then.
 
ok so one of them is sprayed now, just needs a final coat and a fiiiiiine sanding smooth. Here's a pic of it on either side of the car. bear in mind when it's actually fitted, it'll be better blended in with the car, which needs a clean badly.

yeah that does seem to line up with the doors well, but I don't like how it sticks out wide at the front just behind the wheel. would rather that at the back.
 
hmm. I'm thinking I'll leave them the right way to match the doors better. also I think the 17s I've got to go on are an offset that will widen the track slightly, so the sticky outey bit at the back won't be so bad.

hell if I REALLY don't like it, I'll sell em and get some P2s :D.
