Will A P2 Gti Interior Fit Straight Into My P1 Gti ,and How Much Should I Be Paying For It Cheers

thats what i was thinking. thought they just had different speedo clocks (white dials)

One ended on ebay recently, £10 no bids. Some go for £60-70, either way not much IMO.

only bit you will have to amend, seats wise is

the rear seats:-, the backs of the seats are fixed to metal brackets that swivel, the screws that fix the seat to these are bigger on the phase 2 over the phase 1, so remove the brackets and drill bigger holes in them

I got one off ebay a while back because mine was a bit messed up .......i paid 50 quid for the full interior(both front seats ,back 60/40 seats,back quarter trims,and the front door cards) for a gti and its all mint burn and mark free.

In addition to Andrews advice, the P2 front seats may have airbags in them, the P1 doesn`t, just in case you wonder "where does this wire go?"

nice one thanks ,im currently trying to purchase some from ebay as some one is breaking a mint looking p2 ,trying to haggle over the price ,he is just waiting for better offers ,so fingers crossed

The P2 Dialswill NOT fit in a P1 as we have mechanical odometer!
