its all a straight swap, the rear seats will require a bit of drilling
the brackets that hold the back rest on the rear srats for some reason are smaller on the phase 1 than phase 2, so just remove the brackets and drill larger holes in them, (found this out when fitting my phase 2 seats)
front seats are a direct swap, no drilling here
2 hours max, and a cuppa after
the headlights are a direct swap, 5 min job, will also have to get the alingment altered to
bumper, easy just unbolt and swap over, will have to remove, indicators, to get to 2 fixings under them, so remove lights and indicators then install new bumper, then you can fit the new headlights and indicators
in all less than a days work
