Phase 2 Lights on Phase 1

Went to my local breakers and they have a pair in stock at the momet they are asking £45 each for these. Is that a good price or not? also I have read that they are very simple to install do I just unbolt the old ones and bolt in the phase 2 ones? I take it everything is the same when you change them over and the electric headlight adjustment works the same.

Should all work fine, assuming its the headlights since you mention the electric adjuster.

Sounds like quite a good price to me, I take it they're not GTi ones?

price seems high to me, my local scrappys would probably be about £50 for both if not less, just a shame they never seem to have any p2's in.

i got a quote from a breaker on ebay once, was £50 delivered for both iirc, not sure if i put the link up on here about them, sadly i didnt have much money at the time.

they all have electric adjusters its the box bolted to the back. they will fit fine and sound like a good price are they the black edged ones

got some standard phase 2 headlights from ebay a few weeks ago, for the bargain price of 5.50 for both sides, including bulbs. the front end looks so much better.

Yeah when I got the full Phase 2 set on my SRi it cleaned up the front end a treat.

i got P2 GTi ones for £105. take them, you will be delighted with the results

The Black Edged Phase 2 GTI ones are definitely worth the investment
Just make sure you get the indicators as well as thery are also different.

I still use P1 ones, when you spray the inside black, they're not as much of a noticable difference

Yeah I see them on ebay, but I am undecided if I like the Silver edge or black edge ones.
