Have you ever change the pinion starter? Where did you buy it?

How many euro for the complete unit?
Where did you buy, on line,or in shop in your city?
Is there a section in this web site dedicate to nissan almera tino?
Sorry i am discovering this web site
thanks for your help and sorry for my bad english

Hello everyone
I solved my problem to the starter motor (it was only the pinion starter that was broken and her clutch is not doing his duty) when you try to turn on the machine (with hot car) you hear a noise like grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr (typical a gear jumping teeth) then you only replace the pinion of the starter motor (not the whole motor starter); but if your motor does not seem to have strength then they can be the brushes, but if you open the starter motor you can do complete overhaul changing brushes and pinion starter (not cost much)
I attack the photos to share with you my experience in the disassembly of the starter motor and replacement only the pinion motor
For the pinion starter I bought it from a UK retailer cheap, very professional and serious
Sorry for my bad english
here is the starter seen from below and from the side with bolts to remove

starter pinion with ring that must be lowered (I used a tube) to be able to extract the pinion starter (if you don't lower the ring you can not remove pinion starter)
IMG_2570.JPG

ring lowered;when you have turned down the ring, will appears another circular ring broken: you have to remove the other ring; and you can remove the pinion starter

This is the tube that I used to make out the broken ring from 'other ring;on the tube I made a small chamfer to help keep the closed ring broke when I had to replace the broken ring inside the other ring (after replacing the pinion starter there is the part of work a little difficult, if you are 2 people is better)
