Possible Alaska Blue GTi seen in Chelmsford.

I was out in the van in Chelmsford today & @ 1:50pm, outside a tyre place (I think it was kwik fit), I passed an Alaska Blue P1 N15 with P1 GTi front splitter, 16/17" alloys, tints all round, large exhaust (possibly twin exit) & possibly had wind deflectors as well.

Was probably lowered, but it was sat in a line of traffic waiting for the lights to change when I went past it.

Think the driver was smoking & possibly saw me, as I practically had my head out of the window as I went past (I was the bald guy in the grey van).

My immediate thought was Truckingracer, then I saw the alloys, so unless he`s changed them since JAE, it wasn`t him.

SMEG! Totally forgot you`d got the silver one (time to change you avy I think ;) )!

What happened to the blue one, as the plate on this one seemd familiar for some reason.
 
sold the blue on to a local lad it is still standard as saw it tonight,i think that you may have seen the one that was on ebay about 5-6 tomes this year a lad from essex/suffolk bought it , cant remember his name !

If it WAS the same one, it looks a hell of a lot more respectable than it did! :cool:
 
i think he had a shunt in it not long after buying it so could have changed the look ?
changed my avitar ,no pics of silver gti yet so 1 of the mrs will have to do :D
