Rear brake disc help

Hi all, I personally dont own a Nissan but have agreed to help a mate replace the rear disc and brake pads on his Almero Tino, its grinding so bad on whats left of the pads it now sounds like the TARDIS.

The pads are straight forward but can anybody help me find a "How to" for the discs and the torque settings for the caliper.

I can't access the other forums just yet even though i've activated my account :confused:

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

I own a 97 Honda Civic EJ9
 
is it the 1.8 or the 2.2dCi

edit: doesnt matter which one they are both the same!

caliper to carrier 22-31Nm
carrier to hub 38-52 Nm

wheels should be 98-118 Nm
