Rear Wiper park position

Is there anyway to make the rear wiper park horizontal rather than sticking up?
Main reason is it seems to be a bit of a target in our street to bend wiper back on this car, something that never happened with others, all had wiper parked at base of window.

I've seen some cars where it gives you the option, something to do with reversing connections on the relay.
Any ideas or is it a complicated fix?

Have a look inside the motor and see whats what.
