Reconditioned calipers?

Hey guys, anyone know of any good places that i can send my rear calipers to get re-furbed?

I have found this site which looks quite good:

but dont know if anyone has sent theirs off to anywhere else and got a good service?

the first link i gave they wanted £74.50 per rear caliper!!!

ok phoned the link sam gave me £105 per rear caliper,

dont they refund some of the money though when they recieve your caliper?

only £30 each unfortunately

so £150 for both rear calipers to be refurbed, which isnt too bad.

I found a rebuild kit at £30.00 on ebay but have to see weather that includes pistons.

A rebuild kit with pistons from that last link from sam was £72.15, thats for both, or just seals and everything except pistons is £33.14

all prices include VAT.

How difficult is it to refurb a caliper on your own?

I did my front calipers with a refurb kit from BigRed, the kit came without pistons. As Sam says it was a little fiddly, just make sure you oil the seals before putting the piston back in.

right, found some rear calipers and they are arriving on friday, £90 for both rears (reconditoned) that includes delivery and vat from a company called jap auto parts.

Reckon I will be needing a pair of these myself, Old thread this but do you have contact info for the guys you bought these from or a web addy etc did they work out ok?
