I think it might be the red qeuation from this thread as it was a P1 (de slatted grille), had those wheels, black rear bumper, P2 rear lights and the bump strips had been removed but the sticky black crap still on there. that thread was a while ago so it may have had some work done since, like the nasty pasty joy tuning bumper. fairly young small looking guy getting out of it.
