Red N15 in Clacton

Just seen a red N15, either si or gti passing Kwik Fit towards sea front, had aoc sticker @ bottom of rear window, aftermarket alloys & front bumper, looked lowered, poss tints, 40/50ish bloke driving, 20/30ish lad in passenger seat, poss someone in the back, they were chuckling away to themselves, tiny number plate stuck on front, N***LEE.

Very nice looking, who is it?
 
Saw this again this morning, on my way to work.

Looked like dark blue tints all round (including front windows).

Pulled alongside it @ a T junction, I went left, they went right, don`t know if they saw me or not.
