I need to go from 60mm to 35mm bore, but I havnt found any silicon reducer pipes that will go that far. Going on my turbo compressor outlet. Any ideas please? :O

the turbo outlet is 35mm right? So I'm going from that to 60mm, and then keeping it 60mm all the way to the IC through to the inlet manifold. So to be technical it's not a reducer I'm really after, it's an enlarger.

my bad, i thought the turbo outlet was 60...

seems a pretty large jump to make in one reducer...

how bout a 35 - 52mm reducer, small piece of 52mm pipe, then a 52 - 60mm reducer?

edit,

reducer/enlarger.. same thing different way

My mate Ed knows of a guy who makes wierd shaped custom induction kits by wrapping samco style hosing or something, I'll see if he can find out how much to get a piece made up if you want?

if you cant solve the problem i could make an aluminium one at work.

what are the internal/external dimensions needed?

Cheers for the offer Paul :) How would that work though as obviously it would need to seal over the turbo? Or would I need a staright silicone short pipe to join them?

I'll try double check the measurements 2moro but it's:

Turbo outlet outer dia. 35mm, inner dia. 33mm.
Then this needs to got into 60mm inner dia. silicone hose.

Leigh, oh yeah I've seen that after Sunday :) Defo going for orange but gave black as an option to be made up as not all do orange, so that was aimed at Phil only.

^Not wanting to spends lots as the 35mm turbo outlet might not be perminent.

yeah ed you would need a straight 35mm i.d. Silicone bit. I have seen custon silicone pipe and elbow on a fiat cinq for induction kit but it was custom and nt cheap.
