REMAPPING TO IRISH/UK FUEL

Has any one had a remap to run on Irish / uk fuel?

I have an N15 VZ-R and Im looking at taking the first steps towards modifing the engine...

Also I have been looking at a HKS F-CON iS ECU from Track Day Performance in Wicklow... Has anyone used one of these ECU's? and what sort of gains and benifits would it offer?

The stock mapping on your factory ecu is pretty conservative, the f-con would let you modify the mapping to get more from the engine.
Don't know anyone who uses the f-con on their vzr, there are loads of options out there. I would look for one that has 2 rpm switched outputs, one for each solenoid. Another option is to use a separate rpm controlled switch for the solenoids like the greddy mss. Or if you contact POC he can tell you more about having your stock ecu re-mapped by his tuner who has off the shelf maps for the vzr for 95 or 99 ron fuel.
 
As said above i can get plug and play ecu's for any SR engine.

Heres the spec for an SR16VE (VZR)

Mapped for 95 petrol
Delimited
Rev limit changed to 8600rpm
VVL points changed to 5200/5800
Timing and fuelling adjusted to suit new VVL points
near 10% improvement on standard engine has been proved with this ecu.
€500 + your old ecu

Theres a bit a back log in these so wouldnt be available till new year if your interested
