remote control problem almera N15

Hi people, I´m new on this site and I need help with my remote controls.
Since for a while, sometimes the remote controls stop working. I thought it was the batteries, changed them. Also I changed the car battery, it was already down. Work for a few days, and suddenly out of nowhere no longer work again! I do not know what is going on ... May be the ECU?
I spend my life to program the commands.

My car is a Almera N15 GA14DE of 1999

HI! thanks for your reply.
What do you mean with "fobs"? Since I'm not English is hard for me to understand a few words! ;) I suppose that is the remote control? If you're referring to the remote control, yes, they work fine, open and close.
After about 15 days, sooner or later, I close the car and then no longer opens.
I have to open with the key and then reprogram again until stop working again.
But it is very arbitrary ... never know when it will happen again.

I also have this issue and the previous owner of mine worked out it was the small reciever box under the dashboard that needs replacing but didn't fix it before selling it as getting one is quite difficult apparently, so I'm having to make do with using the key until i can get a hold of one to fix it.

Hi, Thanks for your reply! Someone had same problem! Can you tell me more specifically wheres the box? Maybe I can get one in the junkyard of another almera.

I'm not entirely sure on where that it is tbh other than that its hidden under the dashboard somewhere the previous owner had taken it out to try fix it but hadn't sorted it so gave me the box when I bought the car to help me locate a replacement using the part numbers on it then he said he would fit the new one for me and give me the workshop manual that he has for it but I haven't been able to get a replacement yet so I haven't been up to see him about it.
