Removing NATS

leave it where it is and you can install a new alarm along side it, would be quite a headache I would imagine cause it deals with the immob aswell as the alarm
 
When i had my alarm trouble the guy at the Nissan dealership told me the alarm contorl unit is underneath the center console??? (Shouldn't this be in the security forum?)
 
right now i think i need to disconnect it. beeps 5 times when i switch it off.

its on dads drive blocked in so hasnt moved but since i tried to program the fob, its been beeping at me. im worried about taking it out now incase immobiliser kicks in and i need a new alarm fitting with rcl. the fob i have seems dud and the master doesnt unlock the car.

anyone disconnect it before?
