Removing spilt milk - HELP!!

My dad spilt half a pint of milk into my passenger seat and it really STINKS now.

I've treated it with foam upholstery cleaner & Febreze but it's done nothing.

Thinking about taking it to a valeter but I think they'll relieve me of about £70-£100 for the trouble

Anyone got any ideas?

get a carpet cleaner or a water vac or something take the seat out properly soak it with a hose and vacuum the water out, keep doing this until its clean

Aye, a Vax might do it. Or probably easier just to buy a new seat!

But no use crying over it, haha

I thought about the new seat option but I think I'll be hard pushed to find one in the same cloth with side airbag and active headrest - most I've seen in scrappies here are S models.

Might see if I can get a hold of a Vax from someone.

My local dry cleaners rents out Vax type things, no idea how much though. :O

Just a thought.

vineger wahing up liquid and hot water and dab it sould bring it out missus uses it on the carpet al the time

Go to your local Argos and buy a steam cleaner
Use it thoroughly BUT don't damage it
Re-package it like new and you know the rest
