Removing sticker residue

I had a badge on the car that I have removed but its left a plastic/foam residue (I used double side trim tape) what the best thing to use to get if off??

Or even petrol if you don't have anything else.
I've also been told deodorant works.

sticky stuff remover if you can get your hands on it. best thing u can get

Auto glym intense tar remover works pretty well

just got most of it off using some hot soapy water and an old credit card will try and get the rest of it off tommorrow thanks for the tip though

Turtlewax bug and tar remover = better than AutoGlym ITR it's what I used for removing the residue left after I debadged the N16.
