Respraying and engine swap costs

Hi all,

Have any of you re-sprayed their almera? I'm starting to get rust on the bodywork and thinking about having the car re-sprayed. What price would you expect to pay for such a job in the UK?

Also, would anyone have a price guide for swapping the QG18 to SR20DE? Not looking to do it any time soon, but if my QD18 dies, I'll be tempted to swap.

PS has anyone tried fitting green cotton air filters and noticed any improvement on QG18?
