Revs bouncing???

Hello all, got a 51 plate 1800cc almera, the revs have started bouncing all over, put some injector clean through and it is just the same. Temp and everything is fine, when you rev it the revs drop then go back up then down etc etc. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas?? cheers

Sounds like a sensor to me possibly the maf, any n16 owner want to shed some light?

when its sat idling do the revs go up and down?? if so sounds like chain stretched if its just when driving then sounds like maf sensor
