rocker cover

rocker cover-sprayed!

just a quick question(may sound abit daft) iv painted my rocker cover today, i havn't finished yet though, i was planning on leaving it off over night then finishing it in the morning and putting it back on then. will it be ok to leave it off over night? iv put abit of cling film over the cams so no crap gets in there. also should i clean all the oil off the underside of the cover before re-fitting it?

Just make sure there's no shit inside the rocker cover when you put it back on mate
Don't forget the seal!! haha. What colour have you gone with?

iv gone with black and left the lettering polished.

the underside will only get covered in oil as soon as you put it back on and start the engine, might as well leave it unless there's any crap in it
