But it depends on tyres you've got on. Bigger wheels=lower rpm at 70. And use a sat nav - it will tell you exactly what speed you are driving. Mine at 70 shows 68 on sat nav
IIRC the speedo is set roughly 3-5mph too fast from factory (so at 25mph indicated you're doing about 21/22mph) and the rev counter is between 300rpm-500rpm out.

The redline for the lowport SR20DE is 7200 rpm and for the highport SR20DE 7800 rpm. There was a special "Autech" version with 175 PS (N15) and 180 PS (P10).
my SRi is 3500 rpm at 70 mph in 5th ( 5oo rpm per 10 mph in 5th ?) running on 15 inch GTi alloys though surely wouldnt that much of a difference if the other 1.6's that are on the threads average 3200 -3250 ?
