seat belt light

The light on the dash that tells you to put on your seat belt keeps flashing after I put on my belt... I have to put it in and out of the socket (thats what she said hahaha) till it goes off dose any one else have this problem? whats the solution?

Its on an N15 VZR

you sir have a faulty switch in the retractor system by the sounds of things

i would get it checked out as they are interlinked with your air bag -wont stop it deploying but your life you risk when running

if fails get someone to connect it to diagnostics

used to hav the same problem on my old n15 import. My local garage fixed it for free. Loose connection to belt socket.
