seat subframes

hi guys got my corbeau seats today, tryed to fit them in good job that i did the passenger side first managed to use own frame worked but sits very high not happy at all. spoke to corbeau today nothing but universal frames.i asked if they would make them for the almeras they said they would consider if there was a minimum of 20 inquries but need to confirm with maker in the morning.would anyone be interested

Think you'll struggle to get 20



If you've already got a set, start looking for ways to get them lower - a bodyshop should be able to weld them for you if you get the ol' hacksaw out

Might sound like a silly question, but are the frames gonna be the same for a set of Recaro seats ? If so i might be interested, as i think i can get a pair of seats really cheap.

Yeah would the frames be more universal for us rather than the universal stuff that normally comes with them?

Thinking of eventually changing mine to some different ones

not sure if they will fit because front bolt holes are 19.5 inches apart from they same seller i used the 95-99 maxima ones which are 18.5 inches apart which are a correct fit but the back ones are to long so u have to shorten and re-drill the hole on the higher mount on the lower one nerest to car door u need to turn the bracket the other way round.

Was it very difficult what you had to do. Any welding involved?

just hard work but worth every effort. no welding just a hacksaw and a drill + tools.once in they are a very good height.
