Hey Guys, does anyone know how much the standard N15 shocks are? each...

Thought i'd ask you first before i mess around asking nissan!

i'de like to no a bit of info on this as well- i duno whats been put on mine to be honest but i think a brick would handle better over bumps- its so bloody stiff and as a result it just doesnt handle, it just hops al over the place and it also just takes all the traction away in the wet. Duno what to do rele- wondered bout just going back to standard
 
If you can post the prices etc up on the baords it would be much appreciated!

i think im gonna need some too! the GTi been doin g alot of miles lately, think i have done over 2k in it since putting the engine in about 3 weeks ago :S
 
I thought I would post Kayaba ( KYB ) Excel G gas damper prices for all to see. They are as follows

N15 07/95 to 7/97 Front £44.22 each + vat Rear £30.57 each + vat

N15 8/97 to 12/99 Front £60.13 each + vat Rear £46.80 each + vat

We can also offer Bilstein B4 dampers

N15 all years Front £55.28 each + vat Rear £27.64 each + vat

Kayaba supply most Japanese makes with their oe dampers. The Excel G is a gas pressurised damper uprated by about 10%.

Ive just bought some of the EXCEL - G's (full set)... so i will let you know what they are like when they are fitted!!

If anyone else wants them: 'Davefeath' is very helpful!
 
are they adjustable......

i had some koni adjustable on my punto gt, they seem'd fine with some 40mm gmax springs. and the good thing is you can set them to soft or hard so it handles like a go kart.
