Side Skirt Removal

Hi guys,

I've just contacted someone who is breaking a GTI as I'm after some side skirts to hide the welding thats been done to my sills. He's informed me that I'll have to remove them myself.

Does anyone know how to take side skirts off and is there anything I should watch for when taking them off.
