Skyline Brake Conversion

Hi everyone,
Am new here. Very interested in the Skyline Brake conversion for the N16.

Can anyone give some complete details as to whats involved and what parts etc are needed.

Cant find much info using the search tool. Am i right in thinking R32 Skyline GTR Calipers will bolt straight onto the existing N16 brake discs.

Will i need to upgrade the master cylinder? will the increased braking torque affect the ABS at all?

I think you'd get more results if you joined as you'd get more access to the threads on here.

Try http://www.pulsar.org.au/ There's probably more info from those guys in Australia as the conversion has been done there.

i could stop an N16 with my hands :lol:, why would you need such big brakes? id say save your money and upgrade them cheaper (info on the site) unless you where planting a big engine in there i wouldnt bother
 
lol, indeed though. I guess someone might do it for looks? Mine are more than adequate though and if I wanted more power I'd go for green stuff or red stuff pads. Discounts from plently of companies for AOC members too.

It was done on the N16 thats on the home page of the PGA. Looks very good, but then he's running 170+bhp and I'm sure there's more to come, so is functional too?
