Soooo happy so far.....can give advice but not on cars!

Firstly im sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section, cant find an 'off topic' section?

Anyway..... In the few days I have owned my Almera GTI I have put a few threads up as I really love this car and I have owned loads of hot hatches! I have to say that the help on this forum is about the best I have ever come across.....huge thank you to a great forum :)

Im not the best at mechanics thus the amount of questions I ask :O But if anyone needs to know anything about bodybuilding or boxing then please ask. I have been in the sport of Bodybuilding since 21 years old, so 14 years now ! I strated boxing when I was 11 years old, so.....well, some years ago!

With bodybuilding I have seen in my years so many people start the sport and not make any gains due to a number of reasons. If anyone is having this trouble or has been doing the sport for a few months maybe years and not getting the goals they want then I will help. I can sort out diets, training, tell you what supplements work, which dont, what vits to take and if anyone has ever thought about using other stuff then I can help with what dose, how to combat side effects etc etc (but I do not supply anything to do with bodybuilding)

As for boxing...... If anyone does it and wants to compete then let me know and I will get you on the correct path and have many contacts. Anyone who wants to start, again, I can help with what clubs are good as know most of the big well known clubs across the UK.

The dreaded cough mate!! Take 1,500mg of Vit C a day and drink lots of water ;)

Feel free to PM or reply to thread on what weight you would like to get to, what your diet is like at the mo', what your nearby gym offers as in equipment.
 
ah brilliant. Ive been weight training for a good few months now and not reachin the goals.Ill pm you in a bit :D
 
If I have mcdonalds like twice a week and then vary it up with some pizza hut and maybe kfc could i still become fit?

Welcome to the forums sweetie glad you like it I would love to do boxercise but my gym dosent do it! - xx but it's nice to have someone I can go to if i need to become Mr T xx

KFC 4 times a day, 1 12" deep pan pizza in the eve, 2 big mac's before bed...... I will having you looking good in 2 weeks :lol:


Boxercise...... You dont need a gym for it, I can show you how ;) If you want to PM me with your stats (weight, height, age) and what you would like to achieve and I will be more than happy to help.
