SPEC Clutches... good or no good?

Sorting out my new clutch.

G at gspec said they can provide this...
treperformance.com/i-89594-nissan-sentra-1991-2001-2-0l-se-r-stage-5-spec-clutch.html

Ive never heard of them so just wondering if anyone else has? And are they any good? :)

Thanks

I'm running a SPEC flywheel as a gspec recommended alternative to fidanza and have had zero issues since installation 12 months if that helps .

Gspec dont always sell quality goods. Their adjustable cam gears and short shifters are $20 ebay specials.

Ah true Liam. I have one of their AFPR. Awful awful item.

If the money is the same, definitely ACT.

Ive eaten none. The springs popped out of the last fidanza one.

Will the act ones go up to 400lbft like the one in the link?

From John H Gay at Advanced clutch Performance:

" Hello Michael,

We have several kits depending on the torque and what car will be used for. Our kit #NX9-HDSS is rated for 240ft. lbs. of torque at the crank, has a stock to moderate pedal feel and quicker engagement.
Our kit # NX9-XTG6 is rated for 410ft. lbs. of torque at the crank and has a moderate to stiff pedal feel due to increased clamp load of the pressure plate. The 6 pad disc will have a harsher engagement over a full face disc, still having very good durability and spline life."
