I noticed, to be a pain in the arse, the N15 uses many different bulbs for behind the speedo cluster...

Forget all the warning light bulbs for a second.

When you turn on sidelights/etc four bulbs come on to illuminate the clocks, 3 of these bulbs are 501 sidelight bulbs.

The other one is a little bulb, does anyone know what kind it is becuase i cant tell the code (ie 501) by just looking at the danm thing...

Cheers! :)

was going for aftermarket... i think i know what they are anyway :) (T5)

T5 wedge bulbs they are...

however you will have a hard time getting LEDs that disperse the light evenly. You will find that even with square topped bulbs you will get uneven dispersion and end up with heat spots on the cluster.

an inverterted concave bulb may work better however it is very tricky to get right.

T10 "refracter" leds worked really well tbh with light dispersion, theres only one T5.. ill let u know how i get on anyways :)

and another bulb aswell i think its a T5 but ill post back once it turns up (with pictures of what it looks like too)

thought id upload the results...

as u can see the spread isnt perfect but imho it looks alot worse in the pic then it looks in "real life".

also put a pic up of sidelites, one with standard bulb and one with some weird white led thingie (i was given a pair so i thought why not?)

so what exactly dod you use to get the blue dash lights ?

3x T10 LED "refractor" bulbs from ebay
1x T5 LED "wide-angle" bulb from ebay.

Not sure on there real names so just used crappy names the seller gave the bulbs (in quotes).
