Splitter removal?

Hey dudes i've got to remove a P2 splitter from the bumper (rear). I've took the screws out and it's bonded together really strong with some form of adhesive (possibly that double sided pad tape stuff lol). I've got a sharp blade down one corner and parted the bond but I don't want to damage the splitter.

Is there a knack to doing it or another simple procedure maybe?

if its only bonded/glued you could try heating it with a heat gun/hair dryer

If its that sticky pad stuff as used on badges, I found a piece of strong fishing line was handy to sort of cut through it when taking my rear badge off..
