Stripped Spark Plug Thread Repair Kit

Hey...got a bolloxed 2nd piston spark plug thread....don't ask why

So anyone used any kit recently to repair fucked up threads???
Lookin at sum Helicoil stuff at ebay, this any good?

I'd just be careful you don't drop any shit into the cylinder..
Personally I'd take the head off to do any necessary thread repairs..
Just to be safe.

Yup I'll deffo take the head off...cause I have no idea if it's so bad mby just run it (dunno how u call it) through and see
