Just bought a red N15 mera GTi with 100k on the clock, totally standard, some rusting on the arches and a blown exhaust (at the flexi pipe). Bargain on ebay.
Anyway already bought a second rocker cover to paint it and a stainless manifold from JPerformance and cat back system from Janspeed. I have grinded back the rear arches to the bare metal to get rid of the rust and am respraying and plan to swap the front panels over for a newer set. (I hope its fairly straight forward)
After 5 years of messing with BMW e36's and a VW's I thought it was time to go Jap. Someone please tell me I done the right thing ha ha ha
