When my engine was warm the temperature gauge was always at half and now its always just under. Is it anything to worry about?

nah should be fine
temperature gauge is pretty much useless anyway tbh, as long as its near enough just ignore it.
from 75-110 mine doesnt really move at all, it shouldnt ever go above 100 as thats when the fans kick in, but over heated when the water pump kicked its toys out the pram and the gauge was fine, the ECUTALK was the only give away to it over heating so much.

As long as it isnt in the red, i wouldnt worry about it.
