arent you only like 17 or 18?

there isnt much you can get insured on above a 2 litre is there? i woulda thought an almera GTi would do for a first car like!

better than my 1litre pug

lol im looking at a 318 0r a 320 bmw but ill se what happens

E36 shape? Dont bother mate, the Gti will be quicker than both of those and you'll look like everyone else thats buying them because they're cheap.

Buy one of these. Belongs to the guy who owned my 'mera before me and a very good mate of mine. Looks gorgeous, goes like fuck and fairly cheap to buy. Get a Cabriolet or a Baur for true pimp factor. E36 beemers are wank unless your 325i and over.

Agree with Damo, E36's are for people with little willy's.

A true BM is the E30, They look much better than any others.

My neighbor bought a nice E36 last month but its an auto :thumb2:
Ill post a pic of it in the daytime. Apart from that one all ive seen that are modded are hideous, theres not much you can do to the E36 to make it look good. Almost all the mods out there look rice unless your willing to spend a fair bit of money. Their also very common cars, why do you want to part with your GTi? It looks mint, Its going to be very difficult to find a replacement thats even a little better.

Read that back to yourself.

I take your point though! I hope minigibb's got the hint.

you're car is mint, after doing that work and getting it looking great why get rid of it?

Don't see the point.

I reckon you'd be dissapointed with a 320 compared to the mera.

I've driven lots of cars....the almera is the most fun car I have ever driven, RWD cars are fun to a point, going sideways can be fun if expected but I'm not a huge fan. Plus the owners club is the icing on the cake if you need help or bits.

Why have you decided to sell?

yours is a beauty of a car mini_gibb, dont do it! I was just thinking the other day, one day in the distant future when I want/need a different car what could I get that would match up to the gti? I can't think of anything in my budget that would come close!

humm i see where ur al coming from, if i did sell it id loose thousands lol, now when u think about it uz are right bms are common u wouldnt look twice if it drove past u but the almera is a different story, really rare around my way, plus every one thinks its a 1.6 or 1.8 haha untill u plant the foot down, think ill keep it for a while yet like still bits n bobs i wana do to it pluss the clubs brill

Glad to here it! Ure cars sweet and rare up in scotland. Don't think you would find anything that would compare with it.

Why the hell would you want to sell one of the rarest cars in Scotland and possibly one of the sweetest Almeras ever? Seriously, have a word eh.

Seriously, for what reason is the sale?

Why?

Seriously, what are you gonna be able to insure that's better? And what are you gonna be able to buy with the money you sell it for...?

I don't doubt that people will be interested in it, with the GTi-R bonnet, bucket seats and blingy things its got. It does look nice (although it's not my thing). But it's still a 9 year old hatchback... and I know theres been some GTi's sold recently for £7k and upwards... Like Naylors, but his had 200hp and 10's of thousands of pounds spent on it... I'd be amazed if you made over £3k...

Serously, keep it, run it into the ground, or spend more money making that GTi-R vent functional...

Just keep it and buy another car, then realise it's shit, then go back to the GTi and feel better about it. Or, if it's good, keep it.
