Timing belt change ? 2002 almera diesel

Hello ...if you could help looking to buy a 2002 2.2 diesel almera come across one on auto- trader, its got 78000 miles on the clock when would the timing belt need changed thx guys and any bad faults to watch out for ..........
 
well as far as i'm aware they are meant to last the lifetime of the car. but in reality they stretch in the N16 almera's (2001 - 2006)

one of the two should be along soon hopefully
 
I think they're only notorious for stretching on the QG (petrol) engines, so the diesels would be safe from chain stretch. However best to check anyway.
