Transmission Bushings

Can anyone help? I have just bought a Nismo Short Shifter from Ebay.Com and it details at the bottom that it fits any Nissan but hasnt got Almera on the list and when I asked the seller they didnt get back to me but seen on a previous thread that this would fit an N15, is this true?

Also I have found Transmission bushes for a short shifter on ebay and again they have it for every Nissan but not Almera i asked the seller but they dont know, has any1 bought these bushes before I go ahead and order them?

Any help would be much appreciated!! :)

the far left 2 look spot on the third i'm not too overly sure on, but judging from the pic it should be fine also

shouldn't actually require any modding to fit


be warned though

poly bushes like that are TIGHT to fit - but then thats the point in them (don't force them too much as you will damage them)

Thanks for your help guys much appreciated they will both be getting fitted this wkend had alot o work done all week so prob start the build up and get some fotos up.

Short shifter

Alrite guys just fitted a nismo short shifter (couple of posts back you'll get link) on sat and what a difference it makes to the gear changing! Everything so much tighter and makes a hell of a difference and so easy to fit!! I got bushes aswell but aint been able to fit them but doesnt feel like they need changed so if any1 wants the tranmission bushes I'll post them out!! Good a luvly set o lug nuts off ebay tae car starting to look the part now!! :D
 
Just so you know...it's not made by Nismo so don't call it a Nismo short shifter :P

Your link takes me to a Subaru emblem for some reason.
I have had a similar one to yours on my Primera for a few years now with no problem other than the nyloc nut on the pivot bolt coming slightly loose once and vibrating.

Ok mind that for future ref mate, cheers!! Just checked the link that strange was working when I first posted this thread, never mind!!

Yeah they're uprated poly bushes aint nuthing like the ones in the link though, theres only two of the bushes in black and checked the gear linkages but dont know where they go!! Feels fine without them though!! :D

I aint positive they fit, was told they would but could not find where they go! Aint much other place they could go apart from the gear linkages. My mechanic friend who does all my work couldnt find where they went but we didnt really spend much time on fitting the short shifter as it was pretty easy! I can post them out if you want?

Well I paid roughly £8 for them cause they came from the US so call it £5 and they're urs! Should be able to send them from my work no probs!! :)
