tyre size for 16"

Am intending in buying a set of 100+ Fusion 16" wheels (16x 7.0), fitted with 195/45/16. Is this an acceptable size of tyre. Any suggestions??

That's the size of the tyres on my 16's. I've got a N15 though, but I don't think it should be any different.

On my N16 it's 195/55 R16
