Urgent! Brake Caliper

Heya all, does anyone know if the sliding guide pins on the almera calipers will fit into the calipers on an N14 sunny as the guide pins are totally rust jammed in the caliper, dont know how its still working.

Went to change the discs and pads and because the pads are new even with the piston pushed back i cant get the clearance, plus there supposed to slide lol.

Any advice would be much appreciated as i think the average caliper new costs 80 off quid.

what code is on your caliper? mines an early non ABS 1.4 so probably the most likely to have the same calipers as yours, mine are AD22
 
will check the code tomorow however tryed the almera caliper on the sunny and fitted the pads however as the almera caliper was used with a 247mm disc, the sunny discs are 240mm discs the pads overhang the outside edge of the disc by a few mm.
