Vibration at 3300 - 3400 rpm in every gear

Finally got most of the issue sorted on my car now. Got four new tyres all balanced up nice - the old ones were shagged and deformed and causing all manner of awful vibrations...

The only main issue now is a vibration between 3-3500 rpm, most noticeable at 70mph doing around 3300-3400rpm.
Does it in every gear although its definitely worst in 5'th doing 70.

Only seems to do it when in gear and driving (can notice it on de-celeration as well. Doing 70 or being stationary in neutral and revving the engine doesnt seem to reproduce the problem.
Notice it through the pedals and footwell mostly.

What could it be? Seems like a gearbox issue?

Its definitely not wheels, dics or axles as it wouldnt be in every gear at the same rpm would only be at a certain speed.
Had a look at the pulleys on side of engine, they seem to be fine.
