What type of headlight bulb do I need?

As title I want to get some new headlight bulbs for my new Almera, its an N16 and I'm not sure which ones I need h1, h4 etc.. would normally just have a look but its pissing down and has been the last two days so I can't check would like to get them ordered for the weekend can anyone help??
 
phase 1 or phase 2? dont the phase 2 N16's have the crystal type headlights? it could even be a H7 mate. im sure an N16 owner will clarify it for you though
