Which 1.5 litre Almera models would have the same engine ecu as a 2003 Almera 1.5S

I may have to replace the complete set of ecu, immobiliser, ignition lock, ignition antenna, keys and central locking unit. Which sets would be the same as mine 2003 1.5S. Will the radio work using the same code?
