Which mounts to change?

Hello,

The rear mount is probably gone, it has been for some time now,
if I'm going to change it I might as well change a few others if necessary, right?
Since I don't know the first thing about engine mounts, I could really use your help on this one since the
OEM aren't cheap.

This is the LHS (when I open the hood)
(or driver side when I open the bonnet, in case you're in the UK :)

This is the opposite one, the RHS (or passenger side in the UK)

This is the front one (no argument on this one :)

So, what am I looking at here? just the rear? all 4?

I'll be honest with you Noogie, I don't think they're as bad as you think they are.
Obviously the rear one is slightly awkward to photograph, but what makes you think that one is bad?
I always keep a can of Halfords silicone lubricant handy in the boot. Every 6 months or so, I give the rubber on the engine mounts a good spray, amongst other rubber parts.

Keeps the rubber on the car happy, squeaks at bay and prolongs the life of the parts.

They all look fine to me, what issue males you think there's something wrong with them?

Intro to this saga:
The dealership service claims the rear one is torn - said it a year ago, and I felt no symptoms at all this whole year.

So I asked my mechanic a year ago, he said the LHS mount is a bit sunken and probably transferred the load to the lower (rear) which explains why it's torn.

A month ago I did an inspection at the dealership service and they pointed I should replace the rear mount.
and again I went to a mechanic (different one) he said: replace both upper mounts as well as the rear.

The saga continues:
This Friday I started feeling vibrations (pretty intense) when the gear (AT) is in "reverse" or "drive" and they practically stop when I change to "neutral".

I'd look elsewhere. Those mounts look fine to me. They're not torn, it's the way they are moulded that leaves that ragged edge on the recesses.

Actually they did a free winter check up, checking wipers, tyres and brakes giving a gift blanket with their logo.
Needless to say the rear wiper is dry (it's the 10 y/o original) and they used the whole thing to have me do unnessecary work (i.e. fix the steering gear for 600£ when there's no leak or steering ptoblems).

Right, that was the deal, free checkup+blanky and we'll try and make you leave at least 1,000£ for unnessecery work!

And you all have my everlasting gratitude!
Just to sum things up, the vibrations I mentioned before, are they directly linked to the rear gear mount? Or should I check something else?
