someone told me that the N14 front absorbers fit to an N15 and they can low the front part of the car with the factory springs... is it true?

my pulsar srv was having roofbars and i take them off! so i put some type of plastic on them (dont know the word in english) but because of the hot sun they went broken! any ideas what to put to close that holes?
