almera mk2 speedometer not working

Picked up car, auto electrician adament its the instrument panel told me to get part number off Nissan Dealer and get correct panel.The panel that is fitted is not the same part number or the one I had also tried before as one got from dealer.I am still looking for a used panel,I will let you know how I get on.
 
Part number Nissan gave me is 24810 BM604.This seems to be an internal part number because the one in the car is BM600 2700602.To get the right one I need the actual part number on the back of the panel.Nissan have no stock in this country it would come from Japan,so they cannot help me.I have tried all breakers no one has a part beginning with BM604.They have cars the same year that they say part should fit my car but part number not the same.I am reluctant to spend money on more panels that may or may not be correct.I already had to return one that was supposed to be right.I am still looking but running out of ideas.
