Im making one of these at the minute and I was just wondering what material did you use to cover the edges around the hole? (the black stuff)

Thanks for the comments. I make the corners with epoxy glue but first I heated the blinkermaterial , and than i can made it rounder.

Hi, after time i have some updates. For the summer I have new wheels ATS DTC, the weihgt in 15 is 5,6kg also a litle bit lighter then the standart wheels offset is 20mm. New tyres Dunlop fast response. I find a gearbox from combi primera, it is little bit shorter. New P2 headlights, VZR front grill. In the winter I have removed rust from rear arches. Here is one actuall photo.

Hi, some more update after time, I have new exhaust and headers, its all custom made. The diameterof the exhaust is 70mm. The car now feels very quick, very fast throttle respons , and more power in all rpms. Here are some photos:
