And the short answer is no mate, you can pick up straight GTi's cheaper than that..
However if its stunningly clean/rust free/low mileage.. Then it may be worth that much, but thats expensive for an almera these days..

Well if its MOT'd mate its probably sound again.. Cat D is only minor damage like maybe it got broken into or something like that.
Its being sold as a straight car, so I'd take it as it comes.
It does look pretty clean and like I said, low mileage.

I never paid more than £535 for a mera... Got 3 for £150 each :P

Although my stepmum paid circa £10k for my SRi back in 1995 :O

very good point here... id phone the bloke and ask if its had any accident... wait for his reply if he says no, then leave it alone (i would personally).. maybe call him a jackass to :D but as hes sold it nevermind.. people selling will always try and hide stuff, being a cat d is nothing too bad but still
