doesnt say on the V5 if its a CAT D only if its a CAT C, thats why people dont say anything and ppl get stung! end of the day, always do a HPI check...you can do them on your phone for a couple of quid and it will tell you in 30 seconds...also the law states that if the buyer doesnt ask then the seller doesnt have to tell, that also means it can be clocked and the seller doesnt have to say anything and the buyer cnt do anything about it
