Thats a myth, the P11 GT has the same rev limit as a N15 GTi ( 6925rpm ).....max power is had at around 6400rpm anyway.

I tried ( and still have fitted ) a P11 GT ecu. I found no gains or differences.

My first cat back exhuast system popped at every opportunity even with the stock header and cat still in.

Once i got a de cat and 4-2-1 manifold i had to change the cat back system as it sounded like hell was being let loose everytime i went above 2.5k

Everything was fine, strangly didin`t even effect NATS. Mines a Phase 2 anyway.

Looks like I'm gonna have to use some Phase 2 clocks with my `99 P11 engine/ECU then. Sorted
