Front fog lights on a 54 plate Tino

I have the "S" spec so no front fogs. However, I thought that manufacturers these days put in all the wiring as standard and then connected only the bits for any given spec. Does anyone know if that is so and if the required connector blocks are in situ behind the blanking plates and the connector block for the switch behind its blanking plate? If it is, then I can get a pair of front fogs and a switch from eBay or similar and all I have to do is remove the blanking plats and plug them in. It sounds far too easy, is it?

this was the case with my almera 'e' spec, easiest way to check is simply to get under your car and see if the wiring is there, it may well be taped up behind the bumper a little bit.
