Just joined up tonite and ive got to say the site looks great!
I have owned a 98 almera gti for two and a half years now and im still loving it. If anyone ever wants a chat please feel free to get in touch.

Thankyou all for the warm welcome! pics of the car to follow shortly.
All standard under the bonnet. The only changes so far are in the ice department.
It now has an alpine head unit, pioneer door speakers and a sub and amp in the boot!
 
Im a newbie to the club owned my almera for 3 years now went the whole ice route big vibe sub speakers etc got bored of that looking to get everylast last horse out of it now but finding parts for the 1.4 is seeming tricky any help welcome

yeah i know wibsey. not really well though cos i live at other side of bradford.
got a mate in oakenshaw though couple of miles out of wibsey
 
will get that one sorted andy yes.
just looking at the pic of your car and im thinking of going down the same route as you with the tints.
never know if to do just the back and rear sides or darken the fronts as well

mine was tinted on fronts as well, but be warned the police can check em and if they are too tinted (i think 20% max) they will a) make you remove tints there and then if its film b) impound your car till you get new windows c) points and a fine they got me in the summer and made me rip all me tints off the fronts!! check the max limit and stay below that and you will be fine tho :cool:
